Working with HR Media

I’ve just come off the phone to HR Media, the biggest PR agency in Sheffield and a member of the Chamber. We’re working with them on some really exciting activities for the Sheffield Let’s Change4Life programme for the coming year. We want to raise the profile of the programme so that every business in Sheffield understands the threat posed by obesity and what we are doing to tackle it.

Until the details are finalised I can’t reveal what the planned activities are but rest assured that they will put a whole new healthy spin on how businesses traditionally work with each other. So keep an eye on this website as you’ll hear the news here first…

Hi I'm Mark

I'm the HR & Operations Coordinator for the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce. My role is very varied - I work across the Chamber in a number of different departments, from coordinating internal procedures and policies to working on external contracts with businesses across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. I'll be engaging with local companies of all sizes using different initiatives to bring Sheffield - Let's Change4Life to business and beyond in all sorts of different ways.

I believe that Sheffield - Let's Change4Life is a great opportunity for the people of Sheffield to put into practice something that we all wish we could do more - staying healthy by eating better, exercising more and improving our work and life habits for the long term. Business has a major role to play in this as most of us spend the majority of our day in the workplace. The Chamber's role is to make that job easier by sharing best practice and new ideas across Sheffield.
