The Jervis Lum Footbridge

27th August 2010

Work will soon be starting on the Jervis Lum footbridge in Norfolk Park.  This footbridge is a crucial link for many people living in the area, especially parents walking young children to Norfolk Community Primary School.

Work will begin to lop back the trees across the footbridge to allow more light from the existing street lights to get through.  This will hopefully make the footbridge more attractive and feel safer so more people will want to use the bridge and increase their levels of walking.  Keep checking back for before and after photos!
