NHS Sheffield Healthy Business Award Winner Announced!

The 9th annual Sheffield Business Awards were held last night (Thursday 13th January) after the bad weather back in December postponed proceedings late last year. Never a city to be held back by setbacks like a bit of snow, the show went on with a ‘Night at the movies’ themed celebration held at the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.

The black tie event, organised by the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce , FFB and Elevation Recruitment was compared by impressionist John Culshaw and enjoyed by just under 1,000 guests celebrating all that the business community in Sheffield has to offer.

Sheffield International Venues were announced as winners of both the NHS Sheffield Healthy Business Award and the Sports and Leisure Business Forum Excellence in Sports Services category, supported by the Sheffield 2018 Bid. Congratulations to them on both counts!

Hi I'm Mark

I'm the HR & Operations Coordinator for the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce. My role is very varied - I work across the Chamber in a number of different departments, from coordinating internal procedures and policies to working on external contracts with businesses across Sheffield and South Yorkshire.
