8 July 2011 – Evaluation Conference
19th May 2011
Sheffield-Let’s Change4Life Conference
Friday 8 July 2011
Stoddart Building, Sheffield Hallam University
The Sheffield-Let’s Change4Life programme is a whole systems approach to tackling childhood obesity in Sheffield. The programme has developed and trialled a variety of interventions across its 9 strands with the aim of achieving population level behaviour change.
We would like to invite you to our 2011 conference where we will share with you the programme evaluation findings, insights from our project leads on the delivery of this ambitious project and details of how the learning from the programme is being taken forward in Sheffield (see agenda overleaf).
Sheffield’s whole systems approach to tackling childhood obesity has developed a broad delivery partnership across the statutory, private and voluntary sectors. The delivery projects range across Town Planning, Workplace Health, Children’s Centres, Schools, Parks and Countryside, Training and Awareness and Transport and Travel Planning, meaning the conference will offer something for everyone.
Should you wish to attend this free conference please contact Heather Roberts to reserve your place – heatherroberts1@nhs.net or 0114 3051184.
We hope you can come along and join us.
With best wishes

I am really sorry, but I am unable to come on Friday as we have a Y10 Review Day. However, if I can find someone from Sheffield Personalised Learning Centre to come along, will it be okay to send them? My number is 0114 2531988.
If it is anything like last year, it will be a day to remember!!
Enjoy the day!!
Best wishes to all,
Ally
